Two simple but very effective exercises for getting closer to the practice of breathing control.

  • Stimulate the Biofeedback phenomenon: relax your mind starting from your body. Learn to manage frustration and waiting times, bring body and mind closer together.
  • Switch from the ability to perceive to that of actively intervening in what you feel.
